This book cover reimagines the entrance to Dracula’s world as a wrought iron gate. The custom title lettering draws on condensed Textura blackletter, its tall, narrow forms becoming part of the gate. Fine red-orange inlines run through the letters, adding to their sense of height and giving the title an unsettling glow. Motifs from Stoker’s novel take shape in the ironwork: a bat spreads its wings above the title, while wolves raise their heads to howl below. Reader beware!
