Work/26 is MIT Sloan Management Review’s annual flagship virtual conference, convening global leaders for a half-day online event. I led the design direction for Work/26, developing a cohesive visual system applied across the full campaign ecosystem, including web, social assets, speaker intro slides, live event graphics, and email communications. The system ensured consistency across pre-event, live, and post-event touchpoints. Delivered a cross-channel visual system for Work/26, contributing to a campaign that exceeded its ticket revenue goal by 23% and increased revenue 34% year over year.
